Learn the Lindy Hop, Shag & Balboa in Manchester
Join us each Tuesday, for our weekly swing dance classes in Manchester, which are followed by social dancing. Complete beginners are welcome each week, at our 8pm Lindy Hop class. Improvers at 7pm.
We also have classes in Collegiate Shag (7pm) and Balboa (8pm).
No partner required, and no need to book. Just turn up, and pay on arrival (cash/card).
Admission is free for Swing North members, £8 for non-members, or £5 if you don’t take the classes.
You’ll find the Lindy Hop classes and our social, in the basement of Whitworth Locke, 74 Princess St, Manchester M1 6JD. Go through the bar, and turn left down the stairs.
Balboa and Shag classes are in the same building, in the ground floor coffee shop. Head through the same main entrance, head past the hotel reception, and turn left.
